Remove Current Actual Costs

Use this option to clear the current reporting period actual costs. This may be necessary to correct errors in the data for the current reporting period.

  1. Select Home > Earned Value in the Navigation Menu. The main EVMax window displays.
  2. Select your project from the Project dropdown in the Ribbon Menu.
  3. Select the Admin tab.
  4. Click the Remove dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and then click Actuals. A Remove Actuals dialog box displays.
  5. Accept the default Period setting in the dropdown. The default is the current reporting period end date.
  6. Click OK. The current reporting period actual costs are deleted.
